Zachary Thornhill

Adjunct Professor at PSU

Zach Thornhill, born and raised in SE Portland, is a social worker and adjunct instructor at PSU's School of Social Work. In addition to teaching, Zach works at the crux of social work, mental health, and public safety, where he advocates for and protects the civil rights of people experiencing behavioral and mental health crises. Outside of his professional capacity, he enjoys digesting issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, through literature, particularly young adult novels.
